Prior to bringing any dispute, you must engage in good faith efforts to resolve any dispute directly through consultation and negotiation, which shall be a precondition to either party initiating a lawsuit or arbitration.
Miscellaneous Provisions
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and American Travel Alliance regarding the use of the Site and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. The laws of the State of New York will govern any legal matters not subject to arbitration as described in these Terms of Use without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
